Be the Master of Mind

HI Friends,

Do you know that our Bodies are like rebels? They always try to get what they want, failing what they start to strike and try to take it by force. Haven't you ever had feelings like,
"I am tired, enough"
"Its so lazy"
"Its too early to wake up"
"Cant stand anymore"
I can go on and on like this all day. The question is why do we feel this way? It happens when your body tries to rebel and get control over you. Body likes to dominate and if you let it dominate you and permit to do what it want, mind cannot do anything except agree to the body's desire, which will make you fail and loose.This results in you feeling like stopping whatever it is that you were doing, sleep more or do nothing.

Why do you think that the head is above the body? because it is made to Master the body and the body is meant to obey the mind. Dont let the body to control your mind. If you have a doubt of any activity then the body will start taking control over it. So don't have doubts when you start doing something. Just go ahead and do it. Mind is always made to be positive and Challenging. Energize your mind and make it healthy with positive thoughts and then you will automatically take control over body. Let the Mind decide what to do and make the body to respond or obey the mind. If you feel negative, always think that "Its what my body needs but not my mind" and react !!!

Attitude is Latitude

What is Attitude?? What can it do?? Attitude represents an individual's degree of like or dislike for something; in simple terms it describes who you are, what you like, your feelings and opinions. It comes from genes and mostly from social influences. Attitude is like a part of ones body and to change the attitudes He/She must be willing to change. That is why it is really hard to change ones attitude.

So why should we change our attitudes? Why is it so important to have the right attitude? Right Attitudes keep your life happier and easier. It always help you to achieve your goals and in becoming successful. It will give you more energy, strength and inner power to motivate you and others. It will help you to over come all the challenges and difficulties you face everyday without giving up. It is about how you take it more than what happens to you. Weakness of attitude will weakness your character.

How can we develop the right attitude? very simple...choose to be happy, always see the bright side of life, accept the challenges and difficulties with a smile and face it thinking you can overcome it, find reasons to smile, read inspirational and motivational quotes. Set up achievable goals and work on them. Concentrate on what you do and mostly have faith in your self. That is why it is said that the greatest discovery of all times is that human beings can alter their lives by altering their attitudes of mind.
